On April 16, 2018 in Menlo Park, we were pleased to host an engaging dinner exploring growth and optimization for the brain and mind. In addition to our Stanford, Oxford, and MIT BrainMind summits, this dinner was one of a series of smaller special events that we hosted as part of the BrainMind ecosystem with special speakers and equally special attendees.

The dinner was co-hosted by Rich Diviney, who created the Mind Gym for Seal Team 6 and other elite special forces. The Mind Gym focuses on brain/mind training across multiple mediums. This training was incorporated, for example, with the raid on Osama Bin Ladan. At dinner, Jim spoke about his experiences with mind training for the elite special forces.

Our third co-host for the evening was Stanford neuroscientist and professor Andrew Huberman. Dr. Huberman is at the tip of the spear in high-performance breathing techniques affecting mental performance, which we learned over dinner.

Attendees at dinner were as impressive as the speakers, including entrepreneurs and cutting-edge scientists with a special interest in optimizing brain and mind performance.
