THE EXPERIENCE

Starting at any level of meditation experience, you will practice advanced concentration techniques and develop heightened metacognitive skills. Meditation techniques used will draw from the famed Direct Pointing Out style, where plain (accessible, non-esoteric) language is used to guide students into deepening states of concentration practice. The sessions are designed to provide a grounding in the Western scientific study of the science of meditation integrated with the ancient wisdom of the Indian and Tibetan spiritual traditions. 

Train with a world-renowned meditation teacher. Your guide is internationally recognized for his teaching skills, derived directly from respected Tibetan lineages. Advanced spiritual practitioners travel from all over the world to study under Dustin’s tutelage. Participants of all levels of meditation and mindfulness experience will gain simple, profound, and clear access to deeper spiritual states. 

Participate with a group of curated leaders in multiple industries and fields. Personally selected participants will include celebrated authors, tech founders, scholars, and top neuroscientists, with a sprinkling of well-known artists and public figures.
