BrainMind is a private community of top brain scientists, entrepreneurs, investors, philanthropists, and academic institutions collaborating to accelerate impactful innovation in brain science. We believe that the right ecosystem can generate more progress than the status quo, by orders of magnitude.

Bay Area — March 21-23, 2025

Oxford — Summer 2025 (dates to be announced soon)

You will receive a confirmation email from Diana Saville and calendar invitations with more detail within a few days of registering. In the case of the Oxford summer gathering, we will confirm your registration once the dates are announced.

This gathering will follow an unconference format, with a lightly structured approach. Participants will collaboratively shape the agenda, lead breakout groups, and have the opportunity to propose a 5-minute lightning talk to present during the event.

While the format encourages open exploration, the inaugural events will highlight themes such as AI-brain science synergies, vibrant brain aging, consciousness, advanced neurotechnologies, contemplative neuroscience, and human flourishing.

BrainMind will provide accommodations for all participants, and we’ll share lodging details with you soon.

If you prefer to stay elsewhere, you're free to do so, but the cost will not be covered.

Travel is not covered by BrainMind, participants are expected to make their own way to the gathering. However, there are limited travel grants are available for early-career scientists and those in special circumstances, reach out to Diana (dsaville@brainmind.org) to explore this.

As BrainMind is an invite-only ecosystem, unapproved guests cannot be brought to our events. However, we grow through referrals and encourage you to reach out if you know someone who would be a great fit.

There will be no livestream because the magic happens in the room :)
